Only gem over level 5 is the Pebble, which is 10. Gloom Cask is probably better, but shade is very consistent with this build. I mainly just went with it because a 3 star dropped for me, and the 2 stars are pretty cheap right now on my server. I also use P&C, Blessed Pebble (Bottled Hope is better), Fervent Fang, BSJ, and Echoing Shade.Įchoing shade isn't super great for crusaders anymore, but it isn't horrible. They melt in a hurry when you have banner on, 3 shields spinning on top of them, and boosted attack speed + Akarat's Rebuke Condem buff. The best part of this build is the huge boss damage. Very rarely do I attack anything while on the horse, as I mostly just use it for gathering mobs and getting around.įor Raids and dungeons where I won't need the horse, I just use base consecration for a little extra damage. Every DoT or CC effect you can apply seems to help with the Cuisse of Scorn pants.Īlso helps to keep your armor penetration high enough that you aren't getting a penalty to your crit damage, and the warband remnant that gives extra crit damage when crit rate is over 70 percent. I only run 4x lashed so I can keep my two most likely to go off invocation items. If you run Banquet you will definitely want that fire dot from Horn Splitter, plus maybe Lashed for cursed items. The other two can be either Grace set or Banquet of Eyes. Wack on the survivors with your boosted basic attack, and then hop on the horse to gather the next group.įor set items, you will want 4x Vithu's Urges with this build. You can have either a boost to blocking, a multi target attack that applies a fire DoT, or a ranged attack that absolutely does trigger the lightning strike from Akarat's Rebuke.Īs far as spinning shield goes, sinkhole cross for bosses, pavise of ten wings for farming the land mobs. As far as which basic attack to use, it's up to you. If you have Akarat's Rebuke and Cuisse of Scorn essense, would highly recommend giving them a shot. The channeled sweep attack is ok for farming normal mobs, but subpar for any kind of boss fighting. Then you can use the banner shoulders and some of the spinning shield legendary shields. Once you get enough gear to boost your beneficial effect duration, you won't really need the horse shoulders.
